PRODUCT WARRANTY

All our products are covered by a warranty*.

To benefit from this warranty, the customer must provide valid proof of purchase (receipt, bill, or invoice). Requests for repair or assistance are accepted in the event of manufacturing defects or malfunctions not attributable to normal wear and tear. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper or non-compliant use of the product.

*The following are not considered compliant and therefore excluded from the warranty:

Interventions or repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel.
Damage caused by abuse, misuse or insufficient maintenance.
Damage due to accidents, impacts, falls, use with incompatible products or any event not attributable to defects in materials or workmanship.
Aesthetic alterations of materials (such as variations in color, shine, thickness of leather or soles) due to normal use, time or exposure to adverse weather conditions.
Superficial marks caused by abrasions, rubbing or knocks, not attributable to manufacturing defects.

All products subject to a warranty claim will be evaluated by a representative of Calzaturificio Lauretta di Pagliaricci Francesco.
