Submission procedure
For an initial analysis of the procedure, please send an email with clear photographs of the product to: info@calzaturificiolauretta.net
If the repair is possible, the customer must send the cleaned product (including the soles) and accompanied by his/her personal data to the following address:

Requests that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted. In the event of non-compliance, Calzaturificio Lauretta will simply notify you and reseal the package; it will then be the customer's responsibility to collect it from the office.
The final repair cost, including shipping costs, will be communicated only after a direct evaluation of the product.
Processing times vary from 1 to 4 weeks, plus shipping times.
